Our wig product is made of Kanekalon fiber, a thermostable material that can be curled or straightened using an electronic hair stick at a temperature less than 120°C. Generally, the appropriate temperature range is around 70-90°C, as higher temperatures can permanently damage the hair.

Unfortunately, our wig product cannot be dyed. This is because there are no hair cuticles to keep the color for an extended period, and the hair cream rinses inside the wig cap cannot be washed out.

The steps for wearing the wig are as follows: a) gently comb the hair with a wide-tooth comb; b) put on the wig cap; c) place the wig on your head and adjust the inner net buckle; and d) keep the wig in place.

To clean and care for the wig, follow these steps: detangle the hair using a wide-tooth comb; put shampoo in cold or warm water; soak for 1-3 minutes; rinse with water; dry with a towel; gently shake the wig to regain its style, and then allow it to dry naturally.

Shedding and tangling are common issues with all wigs, especially when wearing them for the first time. To address this, use a wide-tooth comb to gently remove the hair, combing from the ends to the roots. This will prevent the wig fiber from shedding and tangling further. For curly wigs, it's recommended to comb the hair using your fingers.

Regarding hairstyle and color, please note that all wigs are trimmed by hand, so the hairstyle may vary slightly from batch to batch. You can restyle the wig according to your preference. Additionally, the color may differ slightly depending on the settings of your personal computer or cell phone monitor. We strive to accurately represent the colors on all our products.

Please note that due to extrusion during packaging or transport, the wig might be out of shape when you receive it. Don't worry, simply comb it or use an electric hair rod to straighten it, and it will be the same as in the picture.

The wig is approximately 24 inches (60 cm) in length, and the maximum circumference of the adjustable cap is around 20-21 inches (51-53 cm), with a normal error of 1-2 cm.
